Shipping policy
Thank you for purchasing a customized steering wheel from our store. Due to all products being produced according to orders, our logistics process differs from standard spot goods. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Processing time (production cycle)
All customized steering wheels are handmade and require 12-15 working days for processing after placing an order (depending on the order quantity and customization complexity).
The processing time does not include weekends and statutory holidays.
After you complete the payment and submit complete customization information (such as grip size, seam color, carbon fiber style, etc.), the processing time begins to calculate.
2. Delivery time and transportation method
After processing, we will ship through the shipping method you have chosen: postal package/UPS/DHL, etc
Applicable situation of estimated transportation time for transportation mode
Standard logistics takes 15-20 working days for domestic and most international orders
Urgent logistics takes 7-9 working days and requires additional shipping fees, which can be selected at checkout
All orders are provided with a logistics tracking number, and you will receive an email/text message containing a tracking link after shipment.
Some international orders may involve customs clearance, and the clearance time is not included in the estimated transportation time.
3. Freight calculation
The shipping fee will be automatically calculated on the checkout page based on your address and selected shipping method.
Orders over [e.g. $500/5000 RMB] can enjoy free standard logistics (limited to some countries and regions, subject to the checkout page display).
4. Customs, tariffs, and taxes
For international orders, you may need to pay import tariffs, value-added tax, or clearance fees levied by the destination country's customs.
These costs are borne by the buyer themselves and cannot be controlled or estimated in advance by our store. We suggest that you contact the local customs to learn about specific policies.
If the package is returned due to rejection or refusal to pay customs duties, we will deduct the actual round-trip shipping cost and refund you.
5. Address error and no one signing for it
Please make sure to carefully check the shipping address when checking out. If the package is lost or returned due to incorrect address filling, the buyer shall bear the shipping cost incurred for resending.
If the package is returned due to multiple failed deliveries or no one signing for it, you will need to pay the shipping fee again to arrange for a second shipment.
6. Logistics delays and losses
The production cycle for customized steering wheels is relatively long, and refund requests due to ordinary logistics delays (such as customs inspections, weather conditions) are not accepted.
If the logistics status has not been updated for more than 20 working days, please contact our customer service and we will initiate the package investigation process for you.
If the package is confirmed to have been lost during transportation, we will either resend it to you free of charge or provide a full refund (at your discretion).
